60 Day Free Returns & Exchanges:

Items may be returned/exchanged within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be new and unused with original tags attached.
All Clearance and Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your purchase carefully.
All purchases made during our Winter Clearance Sale are final sale.
All Hoodie Vault Sales are Final.
Returns/exchanges must be processed manually by the purchaser through the returns/exchanges portal.
Products returned after 60 days are eligible for a store credit for the value the item was purchased for.
Products returned for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee which shall not exceed $10.00.
When you initiate a return/exchange, we will email you a return/exchange label free of charge. Once the item is received, our staff will process the return/exchange and either ship you a replacement item, or refund the card used to make the purchase. We process returns on Wednesdays and Fridays typically; however, holiday traffic and inclement weather may cause delays.
International buyers be advised that return/exchange labels will need to be purchased at your expense. Check with your local courier and please obtain a tracking number so you are able to monitor the shipping progress.
All returns/exchanges must be sent back using our returns portal. If you do not send your items back using the return portal, you will not have a return number. Without a return number, we have no way to identify your order and the items will be restocked or donated.

Order Cancellations:
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee (if the label has been purchased, and the items have been packed).

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
